Competencies, Skills and Education

I have over 30 years of HRIS / HCM / HRMS experience. My greatest expertise lies in Payroll, Benefits, and HR services (including Compensation and Recruiting). I have previously worked at Alight-NGA, Aon, Conduent, Xerox and Fidelity with roles including Portfolio Management (financial focus), Program and Project Management, and Data Management.
I received my B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Computer Information Systems from Charleston Southern University. I also have graduate studies in Management Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology. I was trained as a Lean and Six Sigma green belt and have led and sponsored several initiatives.
Professional Experience

My experiences include managing complex clients in Manufacturing, Automotive, Technology, Energy, Defense, Health Care, Retail and Finance Services industries. Some of my past clients include DuPont, Johnson & Johnson, United Technologies (UTC), Energizer, Exelon, Astellas, Alcon, Cigna, Hess, Iron Mountain, Boeing, Rockwell, and Westinghouse.
My experiences also includes conducting forums on project management software tools and techniques, as well as guiding the creation of integrated implementation processes and methodology. I have also led the design and roll-out of various platforms and for one of these initiatives received the B.E. Wyatt Award for innovation.
